BEFORE PURCHASE: 

Please be aware that all items are completely handmade. As such there may be some slight variations (in exact colour and shape for example) from those photographed. No two pairs are exactly alike. We think this makes our products more unique and special, we hope you agree! 

ALLERGIES: All fixings are classified as nickel and lead free and care has gone into making these allergy friendly. HOWEVER, if you do have sensitive ears or a severe allergy we cannot guarantee our earrings will be ok for you. 

“Made to order” items: 

Please note: As these items are made from scratch after an order has been received, the lead times on these will be longer than an item already in stock. Generally we hope to have these posted out within 14 days (Unless an expedited arrangement has been prearranged.)

Custom Orders: 

Please contact us regarding any custom enquiries and we will happily oblige where stock/materials allow.  The final price of these items will be discussed before purchase to ensure all parties are happy and invoice must be settled before item is produced. Custom orders have a lead time of approx. 14 days to postage once final design and price has been agreed upon by yourself and LagomSK (Unless an expedited pre-arrangement has been made.) Once production has begun on custom orders no cancellations can be made and payment must be received before item is shipped. 

Lost Items: 

We know how disappointing this can be! Thankfully the rate of lost items has been extremely low here at Lagom SK thus far, however these things do happen from time to time sadly. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive after posting. If you have not received your package after two weeks please reach out and we will look into this for you immediately. Sadly once an item has been posted we are no longer in control and cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. 

 

Return /Refund Policy: 

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before being posted out and therefore we hope you are really happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please do contact us to discuss a replacement, repair or refund. (These will be looked at on a case by case basis) If you wish to arrange this you must contact us within the first 14 days of receipt.  

For hygiene reasons all earrings purchased are final sale and no returns/refunds can be accepted except in the case of damage in transit or faults with goods  in the first 14 days of receipt.  (However, if you do have any queries/ problems please do let me know and of course I will do my best to help!)
